The most damning is still to come.

Damn, the paid account ran out today that’s annoying.
Well the past few days have been...l uneventful. I tried to sync up with kinktober, but all I’ve done is get one day behind like I was at the end of last week. Maybe I can sync up before the night is up but I’m not sure about that.
On Sunday I did finish the last of the Who bonus features from season 18, which was Tom Baker’s appearance at a con. The trouble was, though, that the audio didn’t pick up on the questions the audience asked him. So while we got his answers you didn’t hear what they were to. Earlier I watched the first special feature from season 23 which was the doctor who cookbook revisited. In 86 they released a cookbook with recipes from the actors and others that worked on it, so they decided to do some of the recipes. As a feature it’s fun, they even got India Fisher who voices masterchef to do the voiceover! They did several recipes in the main feature plus three bonus ones. Of the people that did it, Sarah (Nyssa) and Janet (Tegan) were the best, they were so fun together and Janet was using a knife very wrongly. It was just so funny. Some of the recipes actually sounded nice (though some were... questionable) but it was a nice feature and I wonder if they could do a second one since there’s bound to be more recipes.
Also on Sunday I had my Cal figure arrive from amazon. He looks so good and I love the little BD-1 that comes with him (though there’s nowhere for him to attach to his shoulder like in the trailers). I am really excited for the game, though I do feel bad that I’ve not preordered it yet. I might have to pick it up on the way back from my trip since I come back when the money goes in.
I finished reading chapter 3 of my uni stuff yesterday morning and I hoped to start chapter 4 today but I was too cozy and the next thing I knew it was 11. Oops.
Yesterday afternoon I went on We Were Here with saur, until it screwed up anyway. It is pretty sadistic. We switched to astroneer for awhile until mum got back.
I finished a few fics yesterday and I hope to do at least one short one tonight. Tomorrow is love’s birthday and I want to get the kinktober fic for her done in the morning.
Yesterday night I did more Who watching, this time starting season 23. Season 23 is the Who that played in the year I was born and it’s technically one long story. While a similar arc style had been done with the key to time (in season 16?) this was the first time that the entire story was season long. However it’s split up into four separate stories the first being The Mysterious Planet, which I watched as the extended version.
As the opening story of the season it has to introduce the overarching storyline which is the trial of a time lord, the time lord in question being the doctor. He’s accused of meddling with the stories of the season being used as evidence. Of course it becomes clear there’s something fishy going on, as there are parts of the story that are censored.
As a story it has some good parts. It’s good to see Peri and the doctor on good terms because (as I recall) in the prior season the relationship was more argumentative. Glitz and Dibber were funny to watch together and it was nice to see Joan Sims in the series.
It’s a good episode in some ways though it’s not particularly memorable. Still I’mlooking forward to watching the rest of the season. I disc switched to watch the special features tonight.
Also yesterday’s Mcguyver’s episode was pretty good too set on a creepy island in the Bermuda Triangle with a fugitive. I think it’s the best so far.
Now I’m gonna write some more and snuggle before bake off
