Did I ever tell you guys about the time I waxed my ass with chocolate pudding?

So yesterday ended up being pretty productive with writing for no_tags. I started it yesterday and got about 60% of it done yesterday (roughly, since it’s unfinished). I’m fairly sure I’ve passed the minimum word limit and I’m pretty pleased with it so far. I really hope the person that requested it likes it.

For the last few days of the countdown to Umbrella Academy their twitter account has done vids for the characters. Yesterday they put a short one for Klaus and it was just, the best. It’s where the subject of this post came from. For anyone that’s not seen it’s here. I can’t wait to see him in full action! Just a few days to go!

After doing some stuff on Battlefront and ESO (while listening to a mix of Atreyu, Coheed, Red Room Therapy, Palaye and Hazy Shade Of Winter) I decided to check out Russian doll of Netflix. I watched the first two eps and it’s pretty good so far, I’m looking forward to seeing how it plays out. If you’re looking for something that’s female led (and a little weird) you should definitely give it a watch.

I also got The Council from deals with gold. Thanks to Xbox rewards I had £10 on there so the game was only £2. It looks intruiging from the trailers so I might start it soon.

Before I went to sleep I had a message on tumblr from someone who’d not been around in ages (and I’d feared the worst) so that was good, even though I was super tired. I had nice cuddles from Leia though. (Speaking of, she did some climbing today)

This morning I managed to get my uni assessment done, woo! So that’s been submitted and dealt with. I think
I’ve done pretty well with it, but who knows?

Because of mcfobr I’m gonna be doing an abo fic soon. It’ll be a group mcr one and I’m not going to start it until after the three fics I’m working on now are done and posted.

I’m gonna do more of the Febuary love meme now, it’s gonna be a bit of a drive by one this time, but ah well.

10: So last year for the run up to Solo the Star Wars twitter account did a thing asking for questions for the cast. I decided it submit one, keeping it general so that it could be answered by anyone. To my surprise it was actually answered That was so awesome and unexpected!

It’s not the first time either, a question I submitted to Star Wars celebration got asked a few years before It’s so awesome to have gotten noticed by my favourite fandom like that and still makes me squee

11: I didn’t wanna repeat things from snowflake, but I figure I should do one now. It’s gonna be the fics from bandom_holidays. They’re all awesome and range from being sweet, funny and super hot. I really love them, even the ones I’d not normally have read. I wasn’t sure about doing it when I heard about it, but I’m so glad that I did it. The fics are awesome and I met some great people from it.

12: Today’s one goes to mcfobr. I’ve not known them very long, but they have been super nice and supportive. They’ve helped cheer me up, they’ve even done me a fic! The stuff that is on Ao3 is awesome so far (I’ve not read it all) even though it is mostly Frerard. I’m so glad that I have her as a friend and our discussions on Twitter always make me smile and laugh.

I’m gonna try and read some now before the shopping delivery comes and then write more of the no tags fic.

It went ok, that as well as Monday (but sorting the food shop does tire me out. I did get a few more paragraphs done (and have some idea of the ending)

Like with bandom holidays though, a small part of me is nervous about if the person will like it, especially since they’re a complete mystery

I wouldn't worry about them liking it. I've found with no tags the challenge goes so fast and the prompts so general that it's pretty much impossible to write something perfectly tailored to the person.

Plus, you're a good writer, so I doubt the person would be disappointed.

That is true, and with it all anon at the prompt stage... well it’s hard to tailor it specifically for someone. But I am pretty happy with it so far which is good!
