I’ve commented on a few things and I’m gonna try and read through some of the posts tonight and in the morning. My head has been really odd focus wise so I’ve been, mostly, terrible at interacting this year.

So if anyone wants to, feel free to leave a comment here. Rec a thing you’ve watched or listened to or gamed, or just say hi!

I have just finished the Foxington levels of New Super Lucky’s Tale, which were pretty tricky. I probably wont get all the collectibles/achievements, but we’ll see. I hope they do a follow up cause they left quite the sequel hook.

I’m just watching a stream now and then maybe, hopefully, will watch the next Archive 81 ep, which will be episode 3. The last stream I watched was an entertains Karl Jacob’s stream, though I dozed part way through it. I did get to see/hear Quackity thirsting like crazy over Foolish again which was… Unf.

Today I managed to watch Eternals and spoilers thoughts are here for anyone interested. And also there’s todays song Saturday which is Set it off’s new song.

I've recently* discovered that my library gives access to all kinds of movies, and spent a really long time going through them and marking which ones I want to watch later**

I did watch an documentary though! So I feel very informed.

*I've known this for years, I just keep forgetting it's a thing.

Oh nice! I have heard some libraries do that! (Mum helps out at our one, but it’s too small to have such a thing) I hope you remember and get to watch nice things!

Ohh I love documentaries, was it about something interesting?

It was! It was about the televised debates between William F. Buckley Jr. and Gore Vidal during the 1968 election in the US, and how that changed television commentary.

Ohh interesting! The last one I watched was last night’s Green a planet which was all about seasonal plants, nature is awesome!

I want achievements in games to be doable by average people instead of people who have to train forever for such things just to have one good run. (The Thanatos Butterfly in Hades is currently taunting me, because I apparently can't string together enough encounters without taking damage, and it's usually stupid damage. I just need a proper God Mode where hits don't register and I can just walk through it all.)

Oh yeah that’s definitely true! Some achievements are so incredibly hard to get because they have stupid hard things to get them which sucks. I just tend to do most games but not get all the achievements unless they’re easy to get or unmissable.

When I was doing Luckys Tale last night I was keeping an eye out for all the collectibles in one level (cause there was an achievement for that) and yet I still managed to miss one somehow

You've probably seen it mentioned on my journal already, but my knee-jerk rec this year is Cobra Kai. *g*

Oh? I’ve heard of it, it’s something to do with karate or something right?

Hee, yes! It's a show that takes place 30 years after The Karate Kid, with the same actors playing their grown up characters. I was amused when I first heard of it, but then I saw a fanvid that made me all Must. Watch. Now! because it gave me all the feels.

I've been watching YellowJackets on Now, if you've got access? I'm very confused as to the bigger storyline right now with it, but I'm enjoying it (it's got some pretty bloody and gory bits in it, but nothing jumpy)
