Snowflake 2025 - 9
Jan. 18th, 2025 05:37 pmSo I was gonna double up and do post 8 and 9 together, but a lack of focus and stress had meant I can’t think of anything for so I might do that for one of the other days.
Anyway.
Challenge #9
In your own space, create a fanwork. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.
So I was hoping to finish one of my fic to do lists and psot it for this (and I may add a link if I do) but alas, the aforementioned stress has got in the way.
However today I did do a lil doodle thing so I’m gonna post that.
But first some context. Lately I’ve been watching The Realm smp, which is a Minecraft smp with various creators that has a plug in that gives you levels for certain skills (ie woodcutting, alchemy, archery that kind of thing). When someone reaches a certain level (it was originally level 50 but that’s been lowered at least once) you get given a snail, that follows you around. It’s kinda like the qsmp eggs (if anyone watched that) but if they touch you they take levels. Most snails are pretty big, like the size of a Minecraft dog.
The main person I watch on it (purely cause I watch his streams a lot anyway) is Seapeekay. He recently got his snail, but instead of being a big snail like most of the others she is a tiny snail (like a few pixels, closer to the size of an irl snail size). She’s called Junimo and she is so baby and so cute. (here is a pic to show how baby she is)
One of the cutest things she does is that if he goes afk while she’s around (to pick up food or use the bathroom) she does lil patrols, by going left and right in front of him. It’s so adorable. (She also jumps up and down cutely to say yes, doesn’t like water and only grows big when she’s mad)
And that’s what inspired me to do a lil doodle thing. Note I am very much not an artist, I’ll be honest, but I couldn’t not do something plus I thought it’d be a nice thing for the challenge too.
I might do something else with her cause she’s adorable and I do like arting sometimes but we’ll see.
Anyway now I’m gonna have noms, maybe fic and watch The Masked Singer.
