Ebb and flow like the tide

On Friday I had to pop up the road to the co-op to look for something for mum and I got some the galaxy truffle eggs that they seem to only have there. The only trouble is they’re gone. I can’t remember where I put them down when I came in, but they’re not in the usual places I put things so…. I have no idea where they are.
Sunday night ended up being… ugh. After watching stuff I was debating what to do (if I was going to game or to to put on Skinamarink or just put on an audio thing) however just as mum got up to head to bed she decided that 11 at night was the perfect time to start an argument out of nowhere which was exhausting and completely wiped me out and crashed my mood.
That’s part of the reason I didn’t catch whatever streams there were for the dnd movie (that and they were too late) which… ugh.
Monday morning was a lose too as I was still feeling bleh, not eloped that my tummy felt strange though that seems to have been more to the stress than anything.
I did try and do the stuff for the new fall guys event but because of everything I hadn’t gone on enough to rack up the wins which is annoying. At least it wasn’t for a reward I wanted,
The tv seems to have another quirk. It came on during the night on Sunday (and again early Monday morning). I figured it might be because the remote, being new, might be sensitive or that one of the girls had knocked it. So last night after watching Skinamarink I purposely left the remote on the tray where it wouldn’t get accidentally touched.
Only it still came on, this time when I was still awake and not long after I’d made my post. Needless to say having the tv come on randomly in the middle of the night spooked me a bit, especially after watching a spooky film. (Even more so since said film had the tv come alone on its own, at least it didn’t come on with cartoons.)
So now I have to figure out what the hell is causing that. Was it because the digibox was on? If so why did it wait until an hour after I went to bed? Or is it something…. Spookier?
I have been ficcing a bit, working on something that I hoped to get done for the day but it’s come in random short bursts. It might still get done today, but we’ll see.
I decided to try and get Lego Explorer today. I almost went down by the train station, but figured it’d be best to go to sainsburys where I’d seen it (and up then I could pick up Naryu’s mixer stuff before the apparent rain) Thankfully they had it, though it was the last one and I almost missed it. (It’s got a cute polar bear which I’m gonna build it soon) good job I did get it since the next issue is tomorrow and I’d have missed it completely. Still, it’s a terrible job by the subscription people not letting people know.
I’m thinking I might stream Resident Evil 4 remake when I get it (it might not be on release week). Would anyone be interested in that? I dunno if I have a headset or anything that works with the controller and I haven’t actually used my twitch for streaming other than one small stream forever ago.
Plan for today is watch xbox uk’s stream, the usual tv, fic and maybe do some more of The Quarry tonight. Maybe I’ll get more than a chapter done.
