The rest of yesterday ended up being pretty tiring and a bit ehish.

James announced his tour last night… but there wasn’t a Birmingham date which so sucks. There’s dates at Manchester, Nottingham and Sheffield all of which are (roughly) 2 hours away by train so they’re technically doable. However I’ve only ever been to the first two (and not for well over 10 years for each) and I’ve not been to Sheffield. So if I went to these places there’s a good chance I’d end up getting lost if I went.

But the bigger thing is that there seems to be no end in sight with the strikes, so I could end up either unable to get there or stuck. It wouldn’t be so bad if there was either an alternate route or I wasn’t going alone. But… I don’t wanna risk it. (And even under ideal conditions I’d likely end up stuck wherever I was anyway) Hopefully whenever he tours next he’ll have a Birmingham date.

So eh that was a bit of a downer.

I ended up half watching Jacks marble hornets finale stream which went on too long so 8 couldn’t finish the Who ray stuff. I did do some Fall Guys and I’m still hoping to get the pride cape (I just need a good team on pixel painters which… Isn’t likely, or someone to party with but I only have till tomorrow)

Last night when I got noms I looked out and saw it was snowing. It’s still there now, here is some pics of Naryu out there in the garden.

I did a fair bit of the uni assessment yesterday and then did some more today. I’m sure I have no idea what I’m talking about but I submitted it anyway so at least that’s gone.

Plan with the rest of the day:
*Fall guys trying to get the pride cape
*Watch Vera from Sunday
*Fortnite to see the new stuff
*try those crystal spring roll things
*Winterwatch, Silent Witness, Our Flag Means Death
*Finish Dalek Invasion Of Earth special features

The strikes can cause so many issues, I'm not surprised you're wary. Though I guess you'd know in good time if they would affect your journey.

It's a shame he's not performing closer, though.

Naryu looks adorable in the snow.

The snow took me by surprise! I didn't know we were expecting any. It looks lovely in your photos!

Ugh, the strikes! I've got tickets booked for Sarah Millican for Mum's 70th in York in NOVEMBER (my cousin lives there and the plan is to meet up with him on the same trip, hence going to that one even if it may seem an unusual choice going there from Hereford), the Airbnb is booked...and part of me is still panicking now in case the RMT choose to pick that week to strike (I know they're meant to give a couple of weeks notice but in practice I'm not sure how much it happens, there's been a couple of times the Hereford-Birmingham line's been closed due to strike action and I've only realised it because I've been going on the other line and noticed that service isn't running).

I'm wondering how I managed to miss the snow this time around like I did in December. Hereford doesn't seem to get it that bad.
