Song Saturday - Kill The Lights

Anyway here’s Kill The Lights (note it’s heavier than most of the other stuff I’ve posted).
So fun fact, this was going to be last weeks song Saturday but I didn’t post it then. Firstly it was because, when I first listened to it last Friday, about half way through drilling started part way through which gave me a bit of a headache.
Then I decided to hold off in case they posted a proper music video (this one is just the song playing over a looping antimatic) but they haven’t posted one yet so I’m not sure if they will. (You just watch they’ll post one today or tomorrow now I’ve said that.)
Anyway, the main reason for selecting this song is that Jay is back and in Kill The Lights as the bassist/screamer and this is the first song he’s done with them. Yay! It’s so awesome to have him back doing music after ages of nothing and then vagury this year. And just look how happy he looks to be onstage again!
(And yeah I am annoyed that they didn’t play the one night my friend was on this tour they were on because of ‘sickness’. What kind of sickness takes you off one night? Blah)
Anyway Kill The Lights was started a few years back and Moose from Bullet was one of the founding members. At the time I only listened to a few songs but I can’t remember my thoughts on it and I never really listened to them. Now though I’ve got notifications set up for them and I’m gonna be sure to listen to the older stuff soon and might even go on the promised tour next year (who am I kidding of course I’ll go, provided there’s a date I can get to).
But yeah I’m definitely glad Jay is back and I’m looking forward to a proper music video (and I now have an excuse to fic him again soon, woo!)

Yesterday ended up being a fairly tiring day even though we didn’t actually do much. The walk with Naryu was really short because it was later than usual and the storm hit, so it was really cold and wet most of the day. I was glad the bed has soft snuggly sheets.
We were late taking Naryu because the redelivery from Wednesday came, it was the Star Wars Destiny cards I got from Magic Madhouse’s early Black Friday sale (that I’d ordered when my money last went in). I’ve only opened about a third of one box but there’s some good cards. There’s Bossk, Kanan and Ezra from Rebels and Quinlan Vos! (I wish he’d gotten more than one Clone Wars ep, he was awesome.)
On Pokemon I’ve got to Veilstone and beat the gym (without even needing to heal) and so was able to get fly, which was useful cause it meant I didn’t need to backtrack to get driftloon.
Annoyingly the Animal Crossing cards came back on Nintendo, but someone offered to get me some so that’s as so sweet of them. I think these will be the last packs I’ll get of this set though, Hopefully I’ll get Flick.
This morning I woke up and looked out the window and there was snow! There’s quite a lot of it and there’s a pic here on insta.
The rest of the day is gonna be pretty lazy, though there’s also the DreamSMP lore thing tonight with Quackity which I’ll be watching. Hope everyone has a good day.
