shadowhiveSunday was a good day cause I had some homemade veggie sushi and then tried one of the brownie kits I got from the co-op. The former was tasty as always, the latter was nice but a bit too rich.
After watching a Geoff do some more Skyward Sword, which was cute, I love how nerdy he is, I decided to try watching something scary. I was gonna watch one of the recent films on shudder, but the Xbox app didn’t seem to want to work, boo. So I looked for something on Netflix and settled on Spree. It was ok, a found footage style thing where the killer was a rideshare guy who streamed it. I felt sorry for him and most of the early victims were jerks (one was openly racist) but it just showed the dangers of social media and how people are assholes.
Yesterday worked out to be pretty productive. I had four things in mind I wanted to do and would’ve been happy with two but did three. (Plus I got the Skyward Sword theme on Tetris 99 which I’d forgot about until I remembered while walking the pup.) I ended up reading a chapter of my book, finally sorting out my uni course (Earth Processes, and it seems next year will be the last course) and doing some Skyward Sword. I completed the Lanayru Mining Facility, so that’s the third dungeon down. It’s pretty good, especially since the boss wasn’t something caused by Ghirahim. Although I’m still wondering about the timeshift stones.
I ended up being drained last night so after Maxx’s stream I went really tired. He’s apparently coming over to drum for a band on Slamdunk and I’m curious who that is.
This morning I listened to the latest Night Vale (which ended up having brief time wimey ness) and most of my pop in the box order came. There were five of the six funkos (funnily Five wasn’t with them) so I have S2 Ben, Diego and Luther, along with Minsc and Boo from DND and Patrick from FOB who looks cute.
I also ended up changing my twitter username and discord name on a whim.
Finally, after many, MANY months, mum called up to get someone to come sort the leak in the bathroom. They’re coming tomorrow and I predict they’ll fix it in minutes. It’s annoying it’s took this long but mum has been making excuses even though the insurance would cover it. It’s mostly because the last time we had a plumbing issue, they flooded the house out and that thought has been stuck in her head.
There’s been no further info on saturday’s comic book day so I dunno what’s happening. I just hope they put up comic info before then. Mum suggested I call, but ugh, I have such phone anxiety I don’t reallly want to.
Now I’m gonna snuggle and wait for food shop (though I have to send some stuff back cause eww expressive Diet Coke as a sub) and then, I dunno.
