Song Saturday - Kill The Lights
Feb. 6th, 2022 01:11 amSo Kill The Lights posted a new video yesterday so naturally I decided to make it this weeks song Saturday, so here’s Dead From The Start. Be warned for flashing stuff.
So I’ll be honest, I was a bit disappointed in the video, mostly because I was hoping that, since it was the first vid since Jay joined he’d be in it somehow. Alas he’s not, but nor are the rest of the band other than the singer (who I found out was James, I should’ve really known that before huh?).
From what I can tell there’s two of him? A good one and a bad one? And one is in a cloak? And there’s blood and snow?
But the song is pretty good I think. I’ll have to listen to it a bit more (I’ve only heard it twice) but Yee. Hopefully the next one will have Jay in it though (I kinda hoped he’d be the clocked figure).

Also yesterday Set It Off revealed they were the cover stars of the next Rock Sound so I rushed to order it, especially how the album went quick and how the tee was better than the tour ones I’d seen. I’m excite for the livestream they’re doing tomorrow.
Today the signed As It Is album came from rock sound… but it went to the wrong house again. Why are people doing that now? At least I was able to get it and I’ll put it on the laptop in the morning.
I decided to watch Dune this afternoon since it came the other day. I completely missed it at the cinema, because the local one only had it for like a week and the timing was terrible. I don’t mind missing it though cause it seems to work better as a home thing. Even though I’m still a bit… puzzled about it and I’m not sure on my thoughts (though Paul is cute). Maybe I’ll have proper thoughts once part 2 is done but as it is… I dunno.
In general I seem to be feeling better and more stable which is good. And I finished fic last night which was also good.
In terms of Pokemon I still haven’t turned in the avalugg quest and I’ve been randomly catching mon instead. Oop.
Tomorrow is the gig livestream, I might fic some and maybe watch something but we’ll see.
