Not too much has happened since my last post, so I’ve not done a post in awhile. It hasn’t helped that the last few days I’ve felt a bit scattered. I’m not sure if it’s because of the change of weather (the past few days have been pretty grey and miserable, which has meant walks with the pup have been shorter) or it’s a general depression thing. Either way I’ve felt a bit off.
I have managed to finish off the Star Wars comics that came Saturday. Of the 9 that came, 6 were Age Of Rebellion one shots and out of the 6, I still think that Leia’s one was the best. The others varied. The Tarkin one was just unpleasant (but then again, I hate Tarkin anyway) but the Boba Fett and Jabba ones were pretty good. The other three comics were all opening issues to their respective series and I enjoyed the Galaxy’s Edge one the most.
I need to make my next comics order with the other Age Of Rebellion issues. Maybe later.
Speaking of mail I’m waiting on something from Heather. Annoyingly tracking said it left London on Monday morning and it’s been in transit ever since with no further updates. I’ve kept an eye on the door ever since but there’s been no sign of it. I hope it comes soon, it’s annoying that it’s taken longer to arrive from London then it did to come from America.
Due to being scattered I’ve failed at doing revision. I have an idea for how to do it in mind but the motivation to start just isn’t there. The exam is in two weeks and ugh. I hate exams and I’m totally not looking forward to it. I just want to it to be over and done with.
I did manage to finish my Mikey centric fic, which I did this morning. I’m quite pleased with how it turned out, even though it took awhile to do the last part.

What else? I’ve failed at reading my book, despite saying at Would today I just went tired. It’s annoying because I’d been so looking forward to it before it came, but my motivation to read has just gone for some reason. (Although I have read fic so...). The latest Xbox magazine came a few days ago and I’ve meant to read that but failed too. I did read one of my graphic novels, tales from Vader’s Castle, which was pretty creepy.
A game I got from E3 last year from watching the stream came out yesterday. I’d been looking forward to it because the concept was pretty cool but when I went on it last night I failed at it. I’m gonna have another go later to see if I’m better and it wasn’t just a tiredness thing.
The Stargate run on pick ended a few days ago, and it’s my first time watching the last few seasons. It was pretty sad for it to end like it did. It seemed especially sad that the Asgard died in the last ep and yet it felt like there was no time to properly mourn them. I really enjoyed Vala though, though I hated the Ori. I’m surprised pick didn’t put the films on like they did with Babylon 5. I’d love to see them at some point.
Speaking of stuff on Pick I’ve been more interested in Lost Girl because of a character called Vex. He has major Klaus vibes and I love him (he’s been tied up in kinky positions and in the last ep he was in a fetish version of a cop outfit). He’s just super fun and I hope he’s in it more.
I’ve not watched anything on Shudder for awhile, but I did finish of season 2 of Lucifer (and ngh it ending with him topless and with his wings is a good look) and I watched Arrival on Sunday which was pretty good too. I love s I fi stuff like that and the aliens looked awesome.
I think that’s everything, I’m gonna curl up and then have something to nom before maybe fic pondering.
