Sunshine Challenge 2020 outro

So here is my tag for this year’s challenge. Feel free to read and comment!

What are my thoughts on it this year? It’s certainly been a different challenge. It’s been interesting thinking on the different colours, even though some are easier than others. I do prefer more specific question, but it was good to do something different as was seeing other’s posts.

If you want feel free to add me, new people are always welcome! I mostly post about geeky stuff, so Doctor Who, Star Trek and Star Wars, though expect slew of The a Umbrella Academy stuff as I watch the new series. Most of my posts are random rambles though I do post pics of my pets and such.

So yesterday we ended up going to Wolverhampton and it wasn’t as busy as I thought it would be. It was my first time going into town so I was nervous but... it was ok. We managed to exchange the bracelets ok, the reason for going, and we gotta few things from Poundland but other than that...

Forbidden Planet was disappointing, despite the advertised sale there wasn’t actually much in it in store so I actually didn’t get anything from it, which was a shame but it’s also good mostly. Other than that we got Krispy Kreme before heading out and I wish I got the tarot book I’d seen in the works.

But damn it was hot and it was hot again today. Eww,

Oddly my eyes ended up aching so I actually had an early night last night, after magnum pi and qi. That was annoying cause I started a fic Wednesday and hoped to get it done yesterday, but causa my eyes I just... couldn’t. But I did finish it today, huzzah!

This morning so far has been ok. I had a good price on turnips on AC (though being an it didn’t last), walked the pup (though damn the heat) and finished fic. I’m gonna start The Umbrella Academy season 2 after today’s witchy school thing and maybe watch Host on shudder tonight, if I don’t get too tired. (Thankfully my eyes seem fine today so that’s good)

Foul hot foulness. I do not approve of early morning wake ups so that I can drag the dogs out of bed and walk them before it gets unsafe for them. None of us enjoy that (I mean, they enjoy the walk, once we get there, but they are both dreadful layabouts in the morning).

Well done on fic, hon. Glad to see your mojo is creeping back :)

I really enjoyed the challenge, and it was a great introduction to Dreamwidth for me - it got me posting about different things and meeting people. Some of the days were definitely easier than the others and I loved the sheer variety of different things people posted about.

I have no idea what I'm going to post about in August now though!

Sunshine challenge threw me this time. I'm so used to the actual question format that just getting a colour seemed vague. I did enjoy the responses I read and think it's good that they did shake it up, just a surprise at first I guess. Then I lost posting momentum and failed completely.
