Last night I managed to watch Killing Eve, Batwoman and then the Palaye stream but I was kinda at a loss as to what to do after that. I settled on finishing Blood Machines which was... odd. It was very much one of those things that I sat back and thought ‘wtf did I just watch?’

I ended up going to bed after that.

This morning I ended up waking up really early... but I misread the time and booted up the laptop. Instead of just resting some more I decided to get the uni exam started. So I was done before 10. I think it went ok, but we’ll see how it goes. I’m glad it’s over cause it means I can rest now. (Until I look into what the next course is gonna be)

Since I was on the laptop I moved the humble bundle doctor who stuff to a separate folder so I’m gonna try and listen to the audios sometime soon. At last.

Since I was finished early I ended up having a doze. After walking the pup I did the the daily Animal Crossing stuff and then had a snuggle and watched tv.

Tonight I’m gonna watch Robots Of Death unless there’s a Monterey bay stream. Robots is one of my favourite old Who eps so I’m looking forward to seeing it again,

What is a kink that fandom introduced you to, and you said, "Yes, Please!"

So potential tmi now: I’m not an experienced person. Due to a mix of poor interpersonal skills (I could never go out and have a one night stand), having long distance relationships and... things, I’ve not done all that much. So fic (and sometimes rping, is my main source and outlet for kinks. Now onto the kinks!

I think I gained my watersports kink from fandom although I’m not sure exactly where it came from (my scat kink came from an ex and it just kinda... stuck). The trouble with both of those things though is there tends not to be content for them. The same with docking (which I can trace to a write back on lj called fastbetty who did awesome bandom kink fic).

BDSM is something I love to read and fic has just enhanced that and I think it’s where I got my cock cage fixation (I think it was mentioned in one fic and like so many things it just stuck).

I’m not sure if incest qualifies as a kink, but it’s one that fandom has definitely enhanced. It started with the Madden twins from Good Charlotte and went from there (including the Ways, Leones, Kaultiz’s and recently, the Kropp’s from Palaye). And, of cause, Kliego. My mind is definitely on a setting that when it sees hot brothers I think of them kissing/boning.

I really love dark fic, but I’m not sure if that counts as a kink.

Not through fic, but the Welsh bands definitely gave me a Welsh kink.

I’m sure I’ve missed something.

I have the smallest case of incest kink, and that comes from A) RPF for Property Brothers (which I was into for like a week), and B) the father/son relationship in Raising Hope. I mean they were already kind of there on the show, but there's fic out there that took it much further.

I will say the fic for Property Brothers is better written/more "satisfying" than Raising Hope. And there's a plethora of it, too! :)

How long do you have to wait to get the exam results? That was always my least favourite part :/

I’ve no idea honestly. I think a few weeks or longer, but I’m not sure (And doing time online instead of on paper might change the timeline too)

Fandom really is great for introducing new kinks. It's good so many work for you, but a shame more don't share them. That is always a shame when you have to go look for stuff that will scratch that itch.

Yeah it really is. It’s a shame cause bandom stuff has become a bit... safe? Boring? I dunno. Supernatural is always a fandom that has all the kinks but it’s something I’ve not been into in ages
