Well the storm has very much hit us. It’s been windy and rainy all night and, while the rain has stopped, it’s still too windy to take Naryu. I’m gonna spend the day wrapped up in blankies and watching stuff.

Yesterday, however, was sunny with clear skies. So we ended up taking Naryu down to the garden Center since they allow dogs in now. She spent most of the time there being carried and we didn’t even look at the fish section. Though there was being work done in a few places and the reptile section was being cleaned. A few things had been moved around too so that was puzzling.

We didn’t get anything from there though, just some mangos from outside and the usual donuts, though they’ve gone up from £1 to £1.40 boo.

When I got back my head was throbbing and I couldn’t find meds so I just tried to nap. Thankfully co-op had some of the liquid nuerofen and that helped.

I ended up starting a fic last night so we’ll see how that goes. And I also started up season 1 of the clone wars after the dark tower (which was ok) and ESO. I also started Life Is Strange 2 Friday night, but didn’t do too much as I got tired.

As it’s Sunday I’m gonna do the photo post, then head down and bundle up and watch stuff.

I'm glad the storm is on the way out. got caught in thunder hail earlier. Such bad timing as I'd only nipped to the shop over the road and down in came.

Such a lovely selection of animals in this weeks post. Naryu remains adorable, and I like the new nail colour.

We’ve not had thunder but we did have hail very briefly earlier. *hugs* oh no! I decided the best thing to do was to stay inside so I’ve not gone out, cept to the bin in a brief quiet spot

We have had an appalling encounter of the storm kind today. Thought I'd found a big enough window to walk the boys but we mistimed it badly. Nothing better than sheltering your dogs behind a hedge with your own body while you hope to fuck that the wind and rain are going to drop off enough that you can make a mad dash for home without getting blinded by rain needles!

Cool photos this week, hon, although I got caught out by rat babies *shudder*. My rat phobia is apparantly still strong enough to be triggered by a photograph, which just goes to reinforce my conviction that brains are weird *nodnod*

Oh no! I got stuck in a storm like that before the other year and I ended up hiding in a bus shelter before deciding to run for it. I hope you and the dogs are safe inside now,

Yeah, boys are curled up on the sofas in their jumpers and I've switched out sodden jeans for dry pyjamas (ridiculously early, I know, but I don't think I'll be taking these two out for anything else tonight!)

Yeah, crappy associations are a shit, especially when they stop you from enjoying things which should be good :(
