So the past few days have been a bit surreal. It still hasn’t quite sunk in that MCR is actually back. It probably won’t until there’s pics of them together or new songs or... fuck there’s gonna (hopefully) be new songs! What a time to be alive. Halloween wasn’t too exciting. I did a fic for Milo’s birthday and watched Trick R Treat as is tradition. It really is the perfect Halloween movie.

Friday was a bit, well, after my recent vivid dreams I had to check a few times that I’d not dreamed up mcr’s return. Thankfully it’s real but, as I said above, still surreal. No tags went up so I left a prompt and I’ve chosen one a few minutes ago. There’s some good prompts, including some I’d really like to read but felt I couldn’t do justice to myself.

Saturday was a lazy day. It took awhile to get going cause it was wet and I was cozy but we walked Naryu, watched autumnwatch and a few Space 1999 eps. I watched strictly and then finished fic, before watching some Who stuff and watching the last Creepshow.

I have a few things to do this week before I got (on Saturday not Friday like J thought for some reason) which are the following
*Finish the Who season 23 special features
*Finish the last three kinktobers
*Try and work out what to do with spook me
*No tags fic (I need to decide which of the pair to do)
Try and finish Black Spire
*Pack the last few things
*Wind Fish egg on Link’s Awakening
*Finish Disenchantment Part 2
*Go on The Outer Worlds again
*Finish Yooka Laylee And The Impossible Lair

I’m sure I’ve missed something obvious but... ah well.

Tonight is the start of His Dark Materials which looks like it’s gonna be pretty good. I hope to write more too before gaming/watching Who. But for now I’m watching Nightmare Before Christmas

Apparently I've been processing the MCR news by committing very short ficlets, which is not the worst thing... but it definitely doesn't feel entirely real yet.

I knew you would love that mcr was gonna do a reunion show I am excited too I love them they were my middle school angst for sure so excited to see what kind of show they put on and In honor I made art I am excited for sure.

Recorded His Dark Materials; hoping it will be better than the film which I watched and it was...okay but not memorable and I know people said it didn't reflect the book, which was far better. Maybe with more time they can develop the world properly.
