Streaming seems like a total cop-out so I shall avoid that one lol. Here's what I think might work for Callum in kinkverse. I haven't checked to see if they're tied to prompts you already have ideas for but hey, they don't need to be prompt table fics after all, this is more just "ideas in general" I suppose :)
Mind break - Callum takes on a particularly defiant slave to torture. The slave is adamant he won't submit willingly, but Callum is persistent with his torture and eventually breaks him completely.
Encased - maybe someone famous wants to be on one of his live streams, but completely anonymously. So Callum encases them fully in rubber and anonymously tortures them in a video before letting them go?
Cannibalism - he slowly begins harvesting parts from a torturee and forces them to eat themselves
