Watch as it fizzles out after a few days.
Last night we ended up having an epic thunderstorm which was so impressive. We had a brief one Sunday night (the lighting starting just as I was putting stuff in the bin outside) but yesterdays lasted much much longer.
Also last night was the last eps of the first season of the 2019 Twilight Zone, which I thought was pretty good and I hope the second series is on next week two (the last ep was very meta). One thing I learned from the series is what Jordan Peele looked like cause I’d never seen him before.
In the Xbox sales last week there was a paradox sale and last night I ended up getting some stuff from it. I dunno why that Stellaris suddenly super appealed but it did. Of course it’s one of those time sink kind of games so we’ll see if it was worth it, but at least I had my monthly £5 from xbox rewards to use on it.
Today the cult of the lamb qwertee came which is so cute (xbox please hurry up with the patch) and there was a random one, which thankfully turned out to be a Pokemon one.
Today I’m waiting on the food shop, though I’m heading up the road after this post cause one of the substitutions is cat food to one which makes them sick (because of course it is) so I have to send it back. And then I wanna see if I can do some of todays fortnite quests before it comes.
I’m hoping to get better at looking through dreamwidth again. With my energy being so low and off I’ve been so bad at it, which is pretty sucky.
Other things I wanna do this week:
*Fic, which I’ve utterly failed at despite meaning to
*Work on dnd character sheets (see above)
*Game some more (Destiny 2, Fenyx rising, stellaris, maybe start spooky season game list)
*Watch something on shudder
*finally watch the umbrella academy season 3 (ha!)
*Watch Lower Decks
*Read more Lesser Known Monsters
Also there’s the big quackity lore stream Saturday, as well as the Sam Bucket one tonight, though neither have times yet.
(And i absolutely know I’m missing something but can’t think what)
Lastly some pics of Foolish, cause he went to the beach and posted thirst traps and… Unf.
No wonder literally every guy on the SMP wants him

Heh, "Watch Something On Shudder" is on my constant to-do list also. I've decided to scale it back to just "Watch One (1) New-To-Me Horror Movie Every Week," and we'll see how that goes.

I’ve wanted to watch at least one new thing there a month… and still failed. I had meant to do horror films on a Saturday but it feels like something constantly comes up. Maybe I’ll watch something this week and hopefully spooky season will lead to more

It doesn't even have to be something on Shudder, just something I could watch from the library, y'know? I miss movies. I haven't been keeping up with them as often as I used to, pre-pandemic.

Date: 2022-09-07 04:56 pm (UTC)Oh nice! It is pretty fun, though I’ve not been on it in awhile (there’s a new patch which Xbox is taking ages to get for some reason). It’s part Animal Crossing, part Hades and it even has Stardew style fishing (which is easier than stardew’s thankfully!)
