So there’s an artist on twitter called The Ria (they’re also on tumblr and instagram) and a few days ago they posted this art of Jet Star and it’s just… so pretty. I love their art so many and this is just so 🖤 it’s part of a series, though they’ve only posted the first two Fun Ghoul being the other.

Oh! Did anyone see the Paralympic opening ceremony yesterday? I think it was honestly better than the olympics one. It had a sweet story to it, and there were some awesome performances from disabled performers. They were dancing and playing instruments and there was this bus, which was the best part. I’m not sure if there’s any videos up yet.

Wednesday's child is full of woe

I agree with the cause that Kat mentioned, that climate change is important and something needs to be done. (And any real change needs to come from the top) but instead I’ll cover something that has really ground my gears recently.

It seems that every other day there is, in the trending topics, something that when you click on it turns out to be transphobic. Istandwithx. Nothankyou. Or the worst sounding one womenwontwheesht, which just sounds so awful. It really posses me off how they try to frame transwomen as predators, trans men as traitors and just being absolutely ghouls. You just had how big this issue has gotten and how it seems like it’s driving a wedge between the LGB and the T (allowing the LGBalliance to come in which is just a transphobic, homophobic bunch of assholes. They don’t care about LGB rights, they just wanna fuck over trans people).

It’s just… ugh, and it pisses me off. They won’t be happy until trans people don’t exist, by denying education and health care and rights. It just… ugh. At times it feels hopeless, like much everything in the world right now. (because look at the world, it feels like a tire fire of things fucking up because people are assholes).

Oh Sunday I did another arc on Valhalla, Vinland. It’s an interesting concept, being made to go to America and essentially starting over with no weapons or armour. However it was actually pretty easy and was over fast. I did the whole thing (and all the world events) that one night. I kinda wished it was a little longer, but ah well.

Monday mum’s friend came, so I used their bus pass to go to town. Mum had a thing to pay at the lawyers and couldn’t find her cheque book so I paid it for her. I got a few things. The Poundland there had the little among us figures so I got some, and two were rare ones! I got a doctor who book from smiths… only to find out I’d already got it when I got back. And I went in game and got a collectors black series Han and Leia (where they’re posed where they’re arguing in the Hoth corridor). I was also able to get cat food and sawdust.

I’ve had a restless few nights which has been a bit annoying. My beds soft and comfy now so I dunno what it is.

Yesterday my stomach felt funny and the same thing happened today and I think it’s because of the different butter we got. So yeah, I’m not having flora again.

My mood today and yesterday has been odd. Especially today where it’s felt like I’ve felt everything all at once. It’s just… ugh. Too much.

Today the net was really annoying and just, ugh. I finally was able to contact talk talk about it on Twitter and it seems there is an issue somewhere, but they think it’s somewhere outside so an engineer is gonna sort it.

I read some of the Bone Gate this afternoon and it amused me because someone was wearing a ‘sexy trash’ tee so I just thought of Klaus. And their was a reference to Hocus Pocus which was funny,

There’s been two gamescom streams, the Xbox one yesterday which was a bit… eh. There’s some interesting indie games and a nice looking Forza controller which is pretty. Today was the opening stream and there was some interesting games, and a fancy new Halo Xbox (which has stars so looks pretty). The best thing though was a Lego Star Wars trailer which looks amazing! Plus it kinda has a release date, spring 2022. It’s further away then I’d like, but hopefully it doesn’t get delayed (and that’ll give me a chance to play Guardians of the Galaxy and Pokemon before it).

I’m sure there was something else I was meant to post about, but my mood and eh ness has just… drained it.
