Limited power
Aug. 16th, 2019 08:05 pmSo this week has been pretty uneventful for the most part until last night which was annoying but we’ll get to that.
So on Wednesday there was a new trailer for Star Wars Resistance. It looks great and I am looking forward to it, especially because it has a lot of cool things in the trailer (including Captain Ithano!) But I’m sad it’s alao going to be the last trailer. With Episode IX happening some time after TLJ I expected there to be a few seasons to fill the gap, but alas, this is the last one. It’s sad, cause it seemed to be just getting going but...
I’d love if we got some of the characters in Episode IX as cameos, especially Kaz. For all of his bumbling and being a disaster, I really like him.
After this disruption of earlier in the week, I finally got back to reading yesterday afternoon. I read two chapters before getting snuggly.
Last night I planned to go on Elder Scrolls Online, to finish getting the stuff for the Orsinium museum. I had only four things to get so figured it wouldn’t take long. I got three just fine, but the fourth was in a public dungeon (which is a larger than average dungeon with 5 bosses). I completed the quest for it and beat four of the bosses and when I went to get the last one, which I’d missed near the start, the tv died. I heard the click from the fuse box meaning one had been knocked off.
After checking the light and trying a few things I realised it was something to do with the plugs around the tv. After eliminating a few rethinks I thought I’d got it, but got frustrated. This morning we worked out it must have been an extension lead, so everything is sorted now but ugh it was frustrating. (Especially since the tv didn’t register the hdmi leads at first.) (my uncle did actually bring new fuses and an extension lead but I’ve used neither yet)
So after sorting the eso stuff out and walking Naryu, I ended up dozing instead of reading more.
I did listen to the new night vale before sleeping which was pretty good (especially the metal weather) and it seems to be continued next time... or not as these things are.
Tonight I’m watching the usual tv, and I was gonna watch the invader zim film but it seems we haven’t got it on the uk Netflix ugh. But we have got the new season of Archer so I may watch that.
Other things? I won some games this morning, not that I know what one is. And Collapser issue two came which continues to be intriguing (and poor Liam).
