shadowhiveToday I finished the second Uni book so I’m technically read for the assessment next week but ugh, we’ll see when I get to it and see the questions.
It’s two weeks till Animal Crossing and I can’t wait for it. I know it’s gonna give me a good distraction so it’s timing after the assessment is perfect, though I do wish it was here already. My preorder is with game, for the free tote bag, though everywhere else seems cheaper which is annoying.
It’s been a clear, sunny day, so I’ve got some pics of the garden for the photo post Sunday.
Last night the power went, which it did last time when a fuse went but I couldn’t find the cause and then I got the power back anyway. Odd.
I watched Picard this afternoon.
So we found out why Agnes did what she did. It was due to a mind meld with Oh, though where did she get those images from?
Elnor...you brave, pretty stupid boy, staying on the cube like that. I could see why he did, but he really should’ve gone with the others when he had the chance. Now he’s only on the cube and Hugh’s dead (🥺) as are at least some of the Xb’s but instead he’s called Seven. Hopefully she can help, if she dies too I’ll be pissed.
On the ship things have gone wrong. They escaped from the cube but tensions are high. I get Rios’ logic for suspecting a Raffi, but she’s meant to be his friend. At least Agnes got rid of the tracker, though I wish she’d told him first.
Picard and Soji ended up on a different journey, seeing Riker and Troi (why was she not a special guest star too?). It was nice to see them again, and Kestra’s name was a nice touch. It seems seeing them helped Picard realise his plan was a bit... lacking, which is good. It was so sad that they’d also lost a son and that the synth ban meant he couldn’t be cured. I knew they’d not go with him, but seeing them obviously did Picard some good.
Now it’s a trip to Soji’s home. What will they find there? Will there be anything to find? Will Rios show skin? We’ll see.
I’m hoping to finish Clone Wars season 1 tonight, after watching Tremors on horror channel which I’ve never seen.
