I’m currently working on a fic that should be done tonight or tomorrow so I’m gonna count that for this. It’s just an MCR gsf set during the I’m not okay video shoot.

I’m gonna work on it some more in a little while.

The MCR gig has sold out, I’m not too surprised but tickets went fast, within minutes. Not to mention a second date got added and went just as fast. I’m disappointed but, like I said, I’m not surprised. Hopefully they’ll add another tour sometime but...

Speaking of gigs I need to get some other gig tickets at some point. I might go to the Palaye gig in Birmingham even though it’s a Sunday and I definitely want to go to Night Vale since it’s Cecil’s last world tour, which is sad but at least they’re doing Birmingham this time.

I finished my uni assessment Thursday, thinking it was due in Thursday (since it usually is) only to find when I submitted it, it was due next Tuesday instead. Ugh. My stomach felt a bit funny later in the day and mum seemed to think it was stress related but I’m not sure.

Naryu seemed to be off it yesterday too, she even threw up at least once. I hope that she’s gonna be ok, she seems a bit better today but...

Last night I watched Bite on the horror channel app which was pretty good body horror, although like many things, it made me wish for more gay horror films.

My Doctor Who boxset was sent yesterday and I think it came today.... but of course mum missed it so there was a ‘sorry we missed you’ card through the door. Ugh. I got it sorted for redelivery Tuesday. I’d have gone to pick it up Monday, but I’m heading to get my meds which is completely the other direction. Its so irritating.

Anyway, now I’m gonna write some and watch some old Trek on Horror channel. I might start The Clone Wars tonight too with the movie.

So sad I can't go to MCR too :( I'm hoping for a tour later this year though. Fingers crossed!

It is so sad! I hope they do a full tour as well, but I suspect tickets will go just as fast

Better an early uni assignment than a late one! Congratulate yourself on being super organised and efficient, yes?

How's the pup? Vomiting always makes me twitchy, but (from talking to some folks) I think there may have been a bug going round lately that's led to upset stomachs. Pretty sure both of mine have had it (more lethargic than usual, reduced appetites, more vomiting and deeply unpleasant poos). They seem to be recovering now though!

Aww thanks! I’m not sure about that though, the last question was an essay thing and I’m sure I was bad at it. But ah well

She’s doing a bit better today. No more vomiting but she’s still not herself. But at least she ate earlier. *hugs to them*

Can you work on it more and resubmit? I know our students can (the only submission that counts is the final one submitted before the deadline). Because, if yes, you could always go back and review it, see if you want to change and resubmit. But if not, I still say congratulate yourself on hitting the deadline, and worry about the marks once they come back. Because we should be proud of our achievements where they happen.

My guys ate, but grudgingly (encouragement was required, and that's not usual for them). They weren't dreadfully ill, but just not quite right. I guess it's one of those 'keep an eye on them' situations. And, clearly, give her lots of love (like we ever need that excuse, right?)

Yeah that definitely sounds like how Naryu is. I hope its nothing too. Mum thinks it might be a heat or something but I dunno

If it's the same thing my boys had, it will fucking linger for a week or so, but will never really knock her out of commission, she'll just be slightly off. So, you know, vague low level worry that never blossomed into actual panic (and, like I say, my two seem pretty much back to normal now, so hopefully she'll follow the same pattern)
