So today’s Sunshine challenge prompt is danish collections, so I’ve took a few ics of things this morning, especially for it. So as this is pic heavy, it’s under a cut.

So we start off in my bedroom. Here is the shelving unit with all of my Doctor Who DVD’s. I have all of the classic Who so far and the new series up until 11 (when I stopped getting the boxsets, I’m gonna try and get the blu rays now though I’m back on my thing. On top is my set of The Umbrella Academy figures that DC did ages ago. On the wall next to it are my signed posters. You can only see my aught Vale one and The Used one there but I also have Bullet For My Valentine, The Used (again), Madina Lake and The Blackout.

This is my other vid shelving unit which is focussed on my tv ones. As you can see it also has some of my plushies including my pores and the loth cats I got from Star Wars celebration, which was such an awesome weekend. I’d love to go again but wish it wasn’t so hot (and that I didn’t lose my pass)

This is my latest Star Wars acquisition, Perry the porg, who I got when I did my exam. He’s very cuddly and I sleep with him and carry him downstairs with me most days too

Next are my tatts since the post suggested to show them

First is my last tat, which is one of BB-8’s panels. I got it just before The Force Awakens and I’m glad it turned out to be an important one (where the map is stored).

My first tattoo. These are based on the spiritual stones from Ocarina Of Time and they're also the logos of the Goron, Zora and Kokiri races. I got them for Zelda’s anniversary which was awesome. Their placement on my wrist was so I’d not cut myself again and I haven’t. (Also bonus Naryu)

My second tatt, these are the goddess symbols from various Zelda games, including Wind Walker and Skyward sword (which I got them after the game came out after them having a prominent role in them)

Ok, now we head downstairs.

Top shelf: statues from Elder Scrolls Online, MCR Ray guns, various funko and some Marvel Lego, plus Breath Of The Wild Sword
Second shelf: Star Wars black series figures. Unfortunately after redoing them all a few weeks ago they fell and I’ve not been in the mindset to restand them. They’re a mix of sequel trilogy, rebels, Rogue One and Solo figures
Third shelf: amiibos (which you likely can’t see) and my Star Wars funkos

Some of my Star Wars Lego, again its mostly a mix of sequel trilogy, Solo and Rogue One

My Star Wars shelves, my smaller figures and the new canon books (and reference books) I have a few others, but those are near me since I haven’t read them yet.

The Gyrados is so fun, but I particularly love the story behind your tattoos. I hope this doesn't sound insincere because it's the internet, but I'm so glad to read that you haven't cut yourself since getting them. ♥ It can be so hard to move away from self-harm and it's really, really great that you've done so!

If you hosted them on DW there are two display codes, one will show a thumbnail version like these that require clicking to display the full size. Thumbnail helps the page load faster if there are several photos so it's up to you if you feel like swapping them out for full size. :D

There's enough negativity in the world, if I can say or do something to change that I try (I know I've needed kindness at times myself).

Yeah, I forgot that’s the format it uses when you copy the code right after uploading. I might switch them around later if I’m not tired.

There really is. I just had some a few days ago, so I ended up writing a fic just to spite them. That’s a good attitude to have!

Love the Star Wars stuff! Especially the Lego Millennium Falcon - that is amazing.

Thanks! It’s annoying cause some bits seem to have gone awol (around the turret) but I love it it🖤 I’ve got the force awakens falcon too but that’s separate

I'm so glad the BB-8 tattoo worked out. I would have been terrified to get a tattoo before the movie came out. (As it was, I was very anxious leading up to the film and went in just praying it wouldn't suck. A friend dragged me to a midnight premiere and I was stressed about the crowds and what if it was bad and how upset everyone would be… and we ended up having an absolute blast.)

Yeah me too! I know some people got Vader’s me,ted helmet done even earlier than me (people had them the day after the first trailer)

AwwwI went to the midnight premiere too. I was more excited than anxious and it was my first midnight showing so I was worried I might sleep. It turned out to be memorable though, in part because the fire alarm went off during the Han and Kylo scene... no one moved and it was a false alarm so they rewound the film
