Awww this was like slipping on a comfortable pair of shoes. Our three Welsh faves together, always loved the chemistry these three share in the various combinations we have written them in! ♥
I loved Rich's surprise at seeing Jay in Darran's house, and the reason for him going round is pretty sweet lol, it's like he thinks Darran is being a little bit stubborn so wants to ask him in person, even though the reason is not because of stubbornness ;)
I enjoyed how Jay just invited Rich inside, probably because he knew he'd be able to get him to 'join in' once he sees the state that Darran is in. And Rich's reaction to Darran in the rubber isn't exactly a complete surprise, which does amuse me. How he knows Darran had developed a thing for rubber ("I love the feel of the rubber against my skin, and the sweat in between" DARRAN PLS) but is a little surprised at just how deep in the scene he is.
I kinda like this slightly naiive Rich, it's a little different to the dommy and slutty versions of him! Asking whether Jay was his dom, being surprised at Darran's affinity with the rubber...but it's not like he is completely vanilla of course, due to his knowledge of this stuff. It's like he dabbles, but not completely.
I like him remembering the shy push-about that Jay used to be back when he was in Bullet. I like how he's proud of Jay for finding himself and becoming the more confident, dommy man that we see here. And also love Jay answering for Darran about the shows, and how he knows that was what Rich was there for :P
And it seems like Jay knows exactly what pushes Rich's buttons, how he knows Rich would wind up staying and watching, and how he even had a seat ready for him. Almost like he knew Rich, or someone else from FFAF, would be round to ask about Darran in person, and he had prepared for them :D
And then of course Jay having his way with Darran. Him having a huge plug, and how Jay just easily starts to fuck him, entirely unfased about having an audience. Tbf he probably enjoys it ;) And Rich's self-control, making sure he wasn't going to touch himself because he knew he'd get chucked out if he did something without Jay's explicit permission. It's like he is slipping into a submissive role simply because of how powerful Jay is!
Rich's admission that he also wants to be in a rubber suit, and that Jay is eager to get him measured up, to add to his little collection of rubber sluts. I've never ever considered Rich as a rubber slut and idk if I quite see him as one, but it really seems to fit him here regardless ♥ Genuinely love that Darran corrupted Jay into a whore for rubber as well, his love for the rubber is so strong he just has to inflict it on others. :D
I liked Rich's slow descent into an obedient sub over the course of the fic. Not like he came in all dommy or whatever, but how he just sat there nicely on the chair, convincing himself not to touch himself, before his response to Jay simply being that Jay should just do whatever he deserves to him ♥ I think Jay likes that, knowing his subtle domminess has had a massive effect on Rich!
You should maybe do a sequel for when they're back from tour and Rich has his suit too :D
