Honestly some of these things wouldn’t have been out of place in a parody, and people would laugh because they were so absurd.
But when I saw the thing about appointments and surgeries being cancelled… it was a very wtf moment. So what are people needing those appointments supposed to do? Not get sick? Magically get better? Considering how stressed the nhs has been due to the pandemic the last thing you’d want to do is cause disruptions like this.
The whole thing is just far too much. If it was a few days then fine but it just seems to be going on and on, disrupting all these things as it goes.
