Yesterday Bake Off was very Unf. The first part was all about focaccia which mostly sounded so nom. It made me hungry and wish I could nom them. Mum says we’ve got the stuff to try making them but… we’ll see how that works out.
I watched Bad Candy last night and it was a bit… I’m not sure. Anthology films can often be hit and miss and I think there’s an issue with the Halloween themed ones I’ve seen because Trick R Treat is such a high bar. Like Trick R Treat it’s set (bar a flashback story) during one Halloween night so there’s a few connections between the stories. The stories themselves were… well they varied from being ok to good. The last one was one of the best ones but it was let down a bit by the effects (the fire looked so fake). I feel a lot of the budget was spent on the monster that appears in one of the stories, which was the best of the effects. But yeah, it’s not something I can see myself watching again any time soon.
This morning I got the new Lego Star Wars magazine and I like that the model of the clone turbo tank is so tactile. Also the replacement lead for mums radio came with I had was good. I’m not sure what screwed it up.
The Animal Crossing direct is next week and it’s meant to be 20 minutes which makes me curious what they have in mind. It’s next Friday at 3pm uk time.
Tonight there’s been a thing with Alexander Armstrong in Iceland and it looks so pretty. It’s amazing that they could fly over a volcano as it erupted, it looked like something out of a film. And of course there was a trip to the penis museum and it was amusing that the guy running it was called Thor. Also amusing was that Hatari showed up and just the image of Alexander at their gig was funny. Though they seem so chill and sweet. (I need to listen to their stuff more and check their ao3)
It seems the Sontarans are coming bake to Who according to the twitter posting what looks to be their ship, though they were rumoured to be for awhile.
I’m not sure what I’m gonna do tonight. I was gonna start Evil Of The Daleks but Jawn is gonna do a stream sometime so I’m not sure. The new VHS a film is up on shudder too so I need to watch that soon.
