Last night I watched the rest of day 3 of celebration which was the Disney parks panel (hence the AMA answer and it just filled me with such a longing to go. Hopefully I will some day.

I also replied to the strange dm I had on my mcyt account that came across as, I dunno, vaguely threatening and dickishness vibes, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, gave them a reply with some of my thoughts and, instead of any sort of reply I just got blocked, so I think the dickishness vibes I got were on the moeny. I genuinely don’t understand that fandom at times, where they’re creepy and stalkerish and obsessed with a weird kinda purity. I logged out that account and don’t intend to go back for awhile.

I felt a bit rattled and off, also causa the brain fog which sucked.

This morning there wasn’t anything interesting, but it felt I’d missed wild stuff on streams the night before (Slime and Mariana having sex in the qsmp only for the latter to kill their egg later by mistake, and Jawn on his stream in bunny ears).

Today was the final day of Celebration and I wasn’t expecting too much but there were some pretty good panels streamed.
*Bad Batch season 2: I’ve not seen it so can’t comment much on what was talked about on it, however it does make me wanna watch it (Zillo beast clone? Coruscant!), there’s gonna be a season 3 which is the last (and has Fennec!)
*Star awards Visions: which is coming out on May 4th and there was a trailer! All the stories sound and look so interesting and it’s great to see all the different art styles and voices involved. Also we get Aardman Star Wars! I’m honestly super excited for this
*Designing Obi-Wan and The Mandalorian: This was with Doug Chiang showing off the concept art and sharing the thought processes which is always fascinating. The art looks so great and I hope some of the unused concepts show up

One thing I love, not just in that but overall, is how people would react to seeing prequel stuff or actors show up which is awesome.

Not streamed but there was a Micro Galaxy Squadron stream which features some cool looking things but especially my boy Kit Fisto is coming with a starfighter! Also there’s a B-Wing and a N-1! (Mando’s?) and they’ve said they’re working on improving distribution.

Celebration next time is in Japan in two years and I have to admit I did consider it. I’m sure it’d be too much and is obviously an entire world away but it is enticing.

But yeah I’m in very much a Star Wars mood so maybe I’ll get back to Bad Batch and Fallen Order this week (and do some of the Lego Star Wars achievements). And maybe get back to reading too.

While I was looking for high republic stuff last night I saw that there is, in the comics at least, a Nautolan who may be a bad guy? I’m not sure but I wanna know what his deal is. Turns out the graphic novel comes out before free comic book day so that’s joining that night sushi cat as something to try and get that day, (along with a Lego Fennec Shand keyring also out that week).

Now, I dunno what I’m gonna do tonight. I might watch some of the streams tonight but I might not. We’ll see.
