Oct. 11th, 2022 09:14 pmThis morning started pretty stressful because I thought I’d somehow flung my glasses off in my sleep… only to find them tucked under my mattress near where I’d left them.
My youtooz of Foolish has been shipped a few days ago and it seems to be going a different way to the bees. The bees came by boat whereas Foolish’s (which is a shark) is coming by air. It definitely feels ironic that they’re coming the opposite ways that you’d think (and odd that they’re being sent separate ways. The bees are still, alas, stick at the port though. Apparently the strikes there lasted longer than I thought and they’re backed up.
A few nights ago my crystal necklace just… broke. It wasn’t caught on anything it just kinda… broke. I was quick and think I gathered everything up but it’s still kinda sucky.
Today has been chilly so I’ve not done too much other than being bundled I did some uni reading and listened to a who audio interview from the who ray box set which was pretty interesting.
Speaking of Who there’s a premiere of the new ep tonight and someone posted a pic of a poster there that gave the time as being 7:30 on the 23rd. I’m assuming that means it’s 90 minutes? Which might be enough to cover everything that’s in it but we’ll see
One other thing today is that I managed to finish fic, woo! It’s not one of the ones I’d been wanting to recover to finish (cause of course it’s not) but still! Yay! Hopefully this is a good sign.
Then as soon as I posted it K saw the sad news that Angela Lansbury has passed. What a shame, she was great in everything I saw her in. I might watch Beauty And The Beast soon for her.
I also found out the Nintendo event that I thought was last weekend? It’s actually on Saturday. So I should be able to go to it after all. I will consider, especially since I have Smile and the museum trip Thursday too.
Speaking of Thursday there’s a new Name Your Price then and it is so stacked. There’s Jack, Ranboo, Foolish and Punz. Damn. I love they used Foolish’s shirtless pic for the announcement (and he asked if that’s what they’re wearing, please no one correct him!)
