(no subject)

Well welcome to December, time really seems to have flown by. Ugh.

Food shop came over half hour after that post the other day, because of traffic which was annoying. At least the ruined portal came so I built that up that night, building Lego is relaxing and a good distraction. (Although I dunno how Lego minecraft has become such a hyper fixation).

Annoyingly though we had to pop to the co-op to get some things, though at least it meant I got the new Empire magazine with Boba Fett which I still need to read,

Mum’s thing from the Argos wasn’t in until after we came back and we’re having noms, but thankfully mums friend took me up to fetch it. (Which also led me to use a code and points to get another Lego set because self control? I don’t know them).

Yesterday was the start of advent calendars opening and it was a little annoying in still two short that I hoped for (mums other friend went to Birmingham today and was ok with checking for it, though my hopes aren’t high). The ones I have are a galaxy one and the Lego potter one. This one has the plus point that the fold out base can be used for a game which we might go on when everything is done.

When we walked the pup there was a tree that held fell from the storm blocking the path. Thankfully there was a way around it because neither of us could get under it. When we walked her today it was gone, which a guy bringing a wheelbarrow to take away the last few branches.

We did watch a Christmas film on 5 which was kinda nice. I’m not a Christmas film person usually but it was sweet, plus it had a mlm couple which was nice. I might watch one of the two ones on Netflix this weekend, Single All The Way especially sounds good.

Last night was the last ep of Professor Cox’s Universe and… I dunno if it’s just me but my focus on the whole series was terrible. At least he was pretty.

I did start a Jay fic yesterday, which I’m hoping to get done today or tomorrow, depending on my focus. I just know what’s next will end up being a Dream/Sapnap one, especially after the minecraft manhunt last night which was so…

Today has been a bit uneventful, which is good. However there has been reveals of some new Lego and the minecraft ones are so cute! I squeed so much that one set has axolotls (and in three colours too!)

The guy next door popped round lunchtime to offer cutting the tree, so we’re gonna have the Christmas tree inside this weekend. It’s hard to know how much space to make when we don’t know how big it will be. It means I’ll have to watch Galaxy 4 tonight ot tomorrow, since the tree usually blocks access to the Xbox disc slot.

(I really need to get back on Guardians of the Galaxy, I’ve only played it a few times and every time I go to I get too tired or distracted, oop)

I did try to make a space for the Lego minecraft stuff to go, but the place feels wrong. It’s not enough space and it’s too low down so I’ll need a rethink there.

Also yesterday we had content from all of mcr which was nice, especially with Ray and Mikey being together with Gabe.

Anyway, gonna snug, have a recharge and then… I dunno.

Edit: and ugh, of course the gas meter devoured that money mum got last week and the cash machines are acting up ugh.
