So on Tuesday night mum noticed that Argos had the fancy D-O for £35 so pestered me to get it. I finally did on Wednesday after having issues paying on the site (websites I don’t have a mobile attached to my card stop asking for a code sent to one). It was meant to be in Monday but i had a mail last night saying it was ready.
(D-O if you don’t know is the new droid from Episode IX who... is kinda cute but... I dunno. The original fancy version was £120+ when it came out so it’s down to a quarter of the price)
That meant today we went to sainsburys to pick it up. Mum came with and it was... strange. At Argos you cant even came to the till, you have to say the code from two meters away which... is odd. But I got it ok, though I haven’t checked it out yet. That’s because sainsburys had a lil sale on Lego and I got a few things. I got the Lego y-wing micro fighter, and two potter sets, expecto patronum and room if requirement (zither later surprising me cause it was new but discounted. The patronus’ are cute and very sparkly, plus Luna! I love Luna. But yeah, going down there was tiring (but at least I got meds, though going in tk was annoying cause the pay point was acting up).
The rest of the day has been oki. I watched two comic con streams about Star Wars stuff but there wasn’t really new info. I am curious about the new Aphra comics though.
Yesterday was the Xbox stream and it was ok. Lots of trailers, some cool games (my fav is Everwild that looks magicy). I’ve done some of the summer demos and my fav is Phogs. It’s so cute!
Also the other day I had pancakes... and Leia decided to steal one. (And then I gave her bits of another). It was so funny her running off with it. Though her stealing seems catching cause she tried to steal my glasses when I went to bed,
I’ve watched two The umbrella Academy eps, The day that wasn’t and was. I might post thoughts on them but am feeling a bit tired/achy now.
This morning the Set It Off gig got postponed which... wasn’t a surprise and I’m actually kinda glad. Here’s hoping the night vale one does too.
An artist on twitter did some waycest art and.... tonight people decided to be assholes about them in the waycest tag. I ended up blocking/reporting an awful lot of people and I just... people suck. Though it makes me glad I got out of bandom (although the way I did wasn’t the best) eh.
Tomorrow mums friend is meant to be coming, plus there’s the Gerard stream. And I’m hoping mail comes. (The new who mag came yesterday and it’s so pretty). I also need to decide which book I’m gonna start next week.
