So I’m gonna make a photo post now since I haven’t in awhile it first a few notes since the last post.

I got annoyed last week again at Waycest antis being cunts to people (again) so I went on a block spree. I also started a Waycest fic to spite them but I’ve been a bit tired and unfocused. It’s meant to be a short one so should be done today then I’m gonna try and work on my to-do list.

But ugh, people are annoying.

I started Devs last night which is... it’s strange so far. I’m definitely intrigued by it. It’s funny to see Agnes from Picard in it. I still need to get a Picard based icon sorted out (especially as they’re adding the characters to Star Trek Timelines).

I meant to do Fallen Order and start season 3 of Dragon Prince but didn’t. Mostly because after watching Captain Marvel Friday mum wanted to ‘watch the one with the music’ aka Guardians Of The Galaxy. So that took up Friday night. I also didn’t read Black Spire or the Rebel Jail graphic novel despite saying I would with the week off. Ugh. We watched guardians 2 yesterday too, after watching ping some archeology stuff on the channel 4 player. It looks like they’re close to finding Cleopatra’s tomb which is amazing! (And frustrating that the lead was found on the last days of the dig permit, damn)

Lockdown is being extended which isn’t a surprise. I just wish they’d introduce universal basic income already, or at least do a stimulus thing like the us did. That’d be a big help.

I’m gonna watch Resistance this afternoon after Twister, then watch the concert on bbc tonight (and then killing eve, Batwoman and trigonometry). Then I’ll finish Clone Wars season 2 disc 2 and watch the voyager ep I missed last week (why I can’t recall).

Tonight’s doctor Who lockdown ep is stolen earth/journeys end which are awesome eps that I’ll have to rewatch sometime. But part of it is there’s gonna be a short Sarah Jane adventures thing at 5 which I know is gonna fill me with feels.

I got the Lego Star Wars magazine with the shopping last week. The models aren’t much but I’m a sucker for mouse droids. I’m gonna get Rose Of Skywalker from the shopping tomorrow if they have it though I won’t watch till Tuesday

I got some cheap funkos from forbidden planet, including my first dalek! I got the Mothman cause it looks cool even though I’m bloody useless at 76

And then I woke to this yesterday morning (and a bed covered in stuffing) she still needs fixing again


The animal crossing guide came! I wasn’t gonna get it but With everything cancelled I felt I should. It’s pretty with lots of lists and info. I also ordered some cheap amiibo cards yesterday (mostly dud villagers so I’ll just farm them for recipes)


I did a little owl for the drawing challenge on Twitter the other day

We went to check on the tadpoles, so I got some good pics this time! So many wiggles!

Eh, the US stimulus thing is a red herring. It looks aces ($1200 lump sum? Each? For nothing?) until you consider that it's a one-off for a problem that isn't looking likely to go away for months. It might buy some people some breathing space, but there are concerns about the banks being given permission to take it to cover people's debts, so those who most need it are unlikely to benefit from it. Apparaently there are some Democrats trying to put forward a bill got a $2000 a month payment, but can't see that going through under the current administration.

That was long. In conclusion, UBI is the only way to go.

I also used to repair the dog's toys. Then I realised it was an exercise in futility and now I just let them play with the tattered remains on their toys. But they still seem happy :)

The current administration feels worse than useless to me, it feels dangerous. Because, you know, where the US president leads, the rest of the world follows (they don't call that office 'leader of the free world' for nothing). Quite hard to follow Trump though; he changes direction a lot. I think this year might be looked back on in history as the year that highlighted the devastating shortfalls of populist, nationalist right wing politics...

Ha! Brian had a hedgehog that was similar. The problem is, once he works out how to kill them, he can do it again very quickly after they've been stitched (as in, five minutes). So nowadays I just leave him to it :)

Herons are amazing birds. I've only seen one in the wild a few times and each time it was a surprise.
