Don’t Knock Twice

I know, another post. I’m sure you’ll be sick of me come the end of October.

So as I mentioned I’m going to watch horror stuff for October. Instead of going through my backlog though,
I ended up putting on a film that just got added to Shudder, Don’t Knock Twice.

I wish I could say that was a good film, but I can’t. The opening had some promising moments (especially when the girl’s friend got taken over while they were video chatting) but it kinda failed at living up to that. I’m not sure how to describe how it went wrong, it just kinda... did.

I sensed the final twist coming towards the end about two thirds through.

I dunno though, I just didn’t think it was any good. Hopefully other nights will be better.

i think you’d love suspiria if you’re into anything featuring cults and possession. it takes place at a ballet school! and candyman is a very american film about a boogeyman of sorts. it’s one of my favorites!

I’m mostly gonna be winging it with what I watch, apart from Halloween. I always watch Nightmare Before Christmas and Trick R Treat (ok Nightmare isn’t a horror film but it’s still Halloween!)
