i dont think i've read all your rubber fics so i might be lacking in the lore but im curious about the stuff he was forced to swallow :o im assuming it was some kind of aphro or brainwashing drug?? bc he went from WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING to oh this is a sex thing cool im down rq like that was a wild switch up LMAO IDK IM CURIOUS ABOUT THE SUIT MECHANICS because it almost seems like a kind of sci fi thing??? dont mind me being a nerd about worldbuilding in this leather kink fanfiction im lame sgjklsgjh also curious about like the end goal, i assume it's a kind of sex slave thing (the "stress relief" line made me think that, although i suppose he could also be a living punching bag LMAO if i was his ex bandmates i'd love to beat the shit out of a mindless leather version of him bc he's a proper cunt BUT THATS JUST ME. i also noted lucas's style/vibe change (him wearing leather at the end, which makes me think the shy boy act is fully 100% fake and he's a sinister guy with Ulterior Motives beyond just turning his ex idol into a leather suited doll) which makes me wonder if we're gonna get more into his motives and backstory in the companion fic 👁️👁️ idk that might be wishful thinking on my part bc he's the character that interests me the most and he's adorable so yk. (no idea who blondie at the end is im guessing another guy from a different band? IM SHIT AT KEEPING TRACK SORRY 😭
anyways i'll stop yapping but this was really good!!! it was great to see you post a piece of writing again and you really managed a lot of mystery, characterisation, and mechanics in a short fic! ik this is a piece of a full universe/series but as someone reading it as essentially a standalone, it absolutely works as its own thing!!! like, its equally a satisfying story on its own as well as making me wonder and think a lot about the broader universe and the characters!!! it may not be my fandom or my kink but i LOVED this either way and honestly that's what makes an impressive fic imo — if someone can enjoy it with no prior knowledge or expectation :3
