I couldn't have even told you who was on our teams other than track and field because I was on that one.
Sport are taken very seriously here... to seriously I think. If you're on a high school team you get a letter jacket and everyone knows who you are. Then there are the cheerleaders and the Pep rallies and Friday night games that almost everyone attends, etc.
