Today’s fun fact science corner

So it seems the nearest town is entering lockdown Halloween. I suspect that we’ll join it (if we’re not already, the government site doesn’t say).

I just... I wish we had a government that actually fucking worked in our interests instead of the self serving twats we have in power that are doing everything to avoid a second lockdown even though the R is now 3 and want to keep everything open for the sake of the economy. Just put everyone on universal basic income and lock all but key services down.
