The past few days I have been on a massive Waycest binge, reading fics left and right. I still have so many tabs of it open, because ngh. I’ve been leaving comments on every one I’ve read too. As I writer I know that having a comment on something gives a huge boost so I’ve wanted to do that.

Thanks to perfectactor I’m now back in the swing of ficcing, which I’ve missed so much. I’m already working on another (from the fic request post on lj) and who knows what will happen next? I need to finish the second part of the one I started last month but we’ll see.

Anyway, a few days ago I posted a fic request post for christmas, for the awesome people that have kept me going.

I’ve decided to do a separate request post here, which is gonna be a more general one. (I did have one here, but I unpinned it when I had block strike and now I can’t be arsed going back through the posts to find it.) It’s taken a huge amount to get my confidence ack up to do this, but I feel ready now, rejuvenated.

So! This is the request post, open to anyone for pretty much anything. Hit me up with a request if you want!

Ideally the request should be a pairing and an idea or prompt, with pics or anything if you want.

Fandoms are largely the same as the previous post.

(And damn, I wish I was back on a paid account so I had more mcr icons than just the, very sexy, Ray Toro)

I love when people leave comments on my fic. I'm lucky that I still get them -- maybe because I've always been vocal about prefering comments to kudos. So I think it's great that you make the effort to leave them.

I owe you a fic comment btw. As you'll have seen I'm trying to catch up on my flists first.

Me too! Kudos are nice but they just seem a little... impersonal (though it blows my mind one of my fics has over 150 kudos are still gets a few more every now and then). I miss back on lj where there’d Be long comments between people and stuff you know? Yeah I figure causa this Waycest kick (well, Waycest or Toro porn kick) that I should leave comments even though these fics are mostly old and likely won’t get responses (though I have from someone!)

I think with Dom!Ray you have several options in a band verse - like, Ray's a Dom and one of the guys finds out, and is surprised? And Ray demonstrates, and they both find out it really turns their crank?

Or alternatively, they (Ray + partner(s)) are mutually interested, and explore together?

I like the first one better, especially if there's a strong contrast between Ray-as-guitar-god and Ray-as-sweet-dude and Ray-as-toppy-dom.

Yeah I still do! At the moment it’s mostly mcr related, since I fell into an mcr hole awhile back, hee. That is so sweet of you to say! I’ve not wrote sykecest in forever (I have wrote a scat fic recently, my first one in awhile with the Maddens from Good Charlotte), but if you like I can have a think and see what I can do.
