So every so often I do one of these posts and the last one was August 2024 which is awhile ago. I had thought about updating the last one a few months back but decided there were too many updates for that. (And then stuff got in the way)

So here’s the new one finally being done, partly cause of snowflake having a wishlist post, but also partly to distract my brain. (But also damn I intended to post this last week and it’s took me this long)

In large part the ones from the last post still apply even if they’re not posted again. (And from others too)

Jay James - Kill The Lights, ex Bullet For My Valentine

So first is Jay, who is always a permanent fixture in these things. I first knew him as the bassist/scream in Bullet For My Valentine before he left the band and there was just something endearing about him that stuck. I think it’s in part because of his soft lil Welsh accent which is such a contrast to the screaming he does. After a few years of being awol he reappeared, joining his fellow BFMV Moose in Kill The Lights (who I really need to listen to more).

James Marriott

Also returning is James. I knew him first as a twitch streamer, but also knew he was a YouTuber. However he has now gone into making music as a solo artist (where he sings and plays guitar). So far he’s had two albums (one even getting to number 1!) and every uk tour he does sells out like crazy. (I really need to fic him more myself)

Maxx Danziger - Set It Off

When I first conceived doing this post (which was sometime before Xmas) I wasn’t 100% sure if Maxx was gonna be in it. But here he is anyway! Maxx is the drummer of Set It Off and recently he’s become a wrestler. (He also did twitch streams which I really miss cause they were fun) I do prefer his old twinkier self compared to the current buff ness but there’s something to be said about the way he can obviously pin other men down.

Ray Toro - My Chemical Romance

Ray is like Jay, a permanent fixture in these things (funny how they’re only one letter different). He’s the guitarist of My Chemical Romance and, again, there’s something so endearing about him. He’s so sweet with his soft voice and cute smile and being so…. Big. Plus his curls, I’m a sucker for curls.

(It probably says a lot about him that he’s still here despite my apathy for mcr caused by people being jerks)

Seapeekay (Callum Knight)

The only full time streamer on the list this time (after the last one having a section for them, I still love those guys though). I dunno there’s something endearing about Seapeekay that’s kept him here and I’ve never been able to exactly pinpoint what that is. He was also in a band forever ago (two in fact) but alas they were just small bands, but it does mean he had an emo phase and played guitar. Plus he’s friends with Geoff from Waterparks which brings me to…

And now there’s the Waterparks section. (I bunched them together for ease)

Awsten Knight

Awsten Knight, singer of Waterparks, professional menace, kisser of boys (lateky Micheal of 5 Seconds Of Summer). He’s just a cute chaotic twink.

Geoff Wigington

Geoff is Waterparks guitarist and there’s something so underwing about him. plus he streams sometimes, loves Zelda (always a plus) and is somehow friends with seapeekay.

Otto Wood

Otto is Waterparks drummer and Awsten keeps ‘joking’ he’s a serial killer which is kinda… plus he’s hot and is terminally offline.

Anthony Martinez - Dark Divine

Anthony is the lead singer of Dark Divine and their music is really good! But also look at him. I just love his style and his look and the fact he posted on the band account him restrained to that cross.

Claudio Sanchez - Coheed And Cambria

I saw Coheed for the first time a few months back and, while I’ve not done anything with them cause of it (I really should and probably would’ve if not for irl stresses between then and now) but it did renew my love of him. I mean look at him, his curls are epic and he’s so skilled with his guitar ing (he can even play ones with two sets of strings, I’m sure there’s a technical name for them) plus he’s a nerd which is always a plus and he has his own graphic novel series (which I finally got one of at the gig, I need more though cause it was a bad one to start from).

And now like Parx above it’s time for the 5 Seconds Of Summer section.

Ashton Irwin

Ashton is 5 Seconds Of Summer’s drummer and I really like is solo stuff, cause I mean damn. He did a song called Blood On The Drums and did a video with just that.

Luke Hemmings

Luke is 5 Seconds Of Summer’s main singer and I just how how they decided to chain him up in the Easier video (I still dunno why but it’s hot)

Micheal Clifford

Micheal’s so cute, I love how he, like Awsten, has multicoloured hair. And I love how he did a solo song with Waterparks which feels like just an excuse to make out.

Joshua Odjick

So now we have a section on Joshua cause… I mean look at him he’s so incredibly beautiful. I first saw him in The Swarm (which I intend to rewatch at some point soon) but I didn’t register his name at the time. But then I was persuaded to watch The Long Walk because of him and a fixation was born so here’s his three main roles I’ve fixated on.

Collie Parker (The Long Walk)

Collie is the hottest one on the Walk which is saying something. I wish we had more of him in it and it’s a shame his most memorable part is death (which is pretty badass)

Pasmay (Wildhood) (pictured here with Link)

Pasmay is so cool, he takes no shit and he ragebaits a twink and then ends up having sex with him near a waterfall (which is so beautiful). And just ahh,

Taniel (It Welcome To Derry)

So I pretty much tracked down God Is A Bullet solely for Wood because look at him. While the film itself was mostly blah, his parts were easily the best and I just love the look of him sure he’s a part of a ‘satanic cult’ (that acts more like a drug running gang) and sure he’s a psycho but he’s hot and deserved to be in a better film.

Stranger Things

So one of the reasons this needed its own thing, instead of just updating the last one (as well as the op above guys) was for this Stranger Things section. Who knows if this fixation with it will be lasting of fleeting but.

Argyle

Argyle was only in season 4 (then disappeared 😭) but he was so fun and funny and silly. He was obviously Jonathan’s weed smoking boyfriend and I miss him (and look at his hair!)

Billy Hargrove

Billy is one of those characters that’s an asshole but he’s a hot asshole, especially in season 3 where he spends a lot of time shirtless (and then possessed)

Eddie Munson

Eddie! Like Argyle he was in season 4, but unlike Argyle he didn’t just vanish he died. Sure it was in a cool way but damn. He was so cool, a metal head, a dm, running Hellfire club and then he had the worst days of his life (while still getting to flirt with Steve.

Henry Creel

Henry is the main villain but he only shows up in season 4 (and 5) and, cause he’s played by Jamie Campbell Bower of course he’s hot as well as evil. This is his human form, as vecna he also has mind control powers, plus can control vines and command demos which is 👀

Jonathan Byers

Jonathan is Will’s brother and there’s something so cute about his awkwardness. I love how he loved photography (it’s a shame it didn’t get touched on much sometimes) and how he smoked weed with Argyle in season 4.

Steve Harrington

So Steve has been one of my fav Stranger Things characters (even though sometimes they’ve messed him up) but I really loved him in his slutty little scoops ahoy fit he wore during season 3. Plus he’s so good and not as dumb as he seems.

(And then there’s the party, whcih I blame season 5 for)

Dustin Henderson

Ok I always loved Dustin cause he was so sweet and smart and funny, but then boom! In season 5 he had a fight with Steve and just 👀 plus he looks so good in season 5

Lucas Sinclair

I’m not a sportsball person but something about basketball Lucas and then how strong he is in general (I just wish he’d gotten more to do in season 5, but he was pretty badass)

Mike Wheeler

I have many feel ism about Mike, probably like most people. He seemed like he was finally gonna realise he loved Will this last season but then bam! They screwed him over in those last eps instead of capitalising on the obvious chemistry

Will Byers

Will! He’s such a sweet boy! In season 5 he gains more confidence (and powers) and it’s so cool to see him like that, (before, again, they screwed him over).
