I quite like Battlefield but then I'm VERY fond of the Brigadier :-) I think Courtney did a great job playing an elderly Brig and I just loved the bit where he got to tell the Doctor about all UNIT's fancy new weapons. Also that he fooled the Doctor and got to destroy the Destroyer.

Jane Marsh is splendid as Morgaine but I've more trouble believing in Angela Bruce's Bambera but that's probably because the only other thing I've seen her in was when she was the female Lister in that episode of Red Dwarf and that's about as far as you can get from a career soldier :-) But as st_aurafina says above, Bambera and Ancelyn's flirting is lots of fun.
