I will rec Metric forever. You can pretty much listen to their stuff in any order, though I will note that from a stylistic perspective, Grow Up and Blow Away (originally released in 2001, I think? And reissued a few years later) may throw you off compared to their better-known material. (It's still good, just different!)

I've recently gotten into instrumental hip-hop. The "Gold Instrumental Beats" playlist on Spotify is a great starting point. (I also like the playlist "Mellow Beats".)

I also recently re-discovered my love for The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.
