The night is over

The rest of yesterday went like a usual weekday, having noms, watching voyager and half watching NCIS. New Orleans. I did intend to go on The Quarry after that, but mum decided to be in an odd mood.

There was nothing on tv and I didn’t see any point putting something on for her (mostly because when something is put on at night she tends to go to sleep (hence planning on going on The Quarry) but she decided to be annoying so we put on one of the Poirot’s from Sunday. For course not even an hour in she went to sleep but.. eh,

I did go on The Quarry (thoughts on that later) but not as much as I could have (I could’ve finished last night if not for that annoyance).

It’s annoying that the last nights (and I mean not days but weeks) have involved the Bad Feeling returning (I’d say it happens more than half the time) and I just… hate the feeling of discontent and the way my head seems to go. I wish it would go away.

I dunno if it was cause of that but I woke in the middle of the night with a funny tummy. I went back to sleep but it was still there this morning. Thankfully it diminished after lunch but… it didn’t feel like a good sign.

I didn’t get to watch much of today’s Squidcraft. But it seems Foolish, Dream and Quackity all died in it which is a shame (though I did see Foolish get kisses from two of the Spanish streamers). So if I watch more it’ll be Sapnap

Though I dunno if I’ll watch anything tomorrow cause it seems there’s so much happening, there’s a bunch of stuff in the afternoon (all happening at the same time) and then stuff in the night and there’s Picard too. Ugh

I also didn’t watch Who tonight because of The Quarry so that might be tomorrow or the weekend (especially since there’s a load of special features on it and it’s a six part story).

I did finish The Quarry tonight though and I consider it a pretty good run. (I am annoyed I missed the tarot cards though, but by the end it was only two.) The curse was broken and almost everyone survived (including the non-werewolf Hacketts). The only one of the counsellors that ended up dead was Jacob (I thought he’d be safer being left in the cage but alas…) it’s a shame but if anyone had to die his death makes the most sense (since it’s him that got everyone stuck there).

Of course there’s a few questions. Was Silas always a werewolf? Is the hag of Hackett’s quarry still haunting the place? (And whats with the tarot sections anyway?) Does Dylan end up with Ryan? (I’m sure there’s something else as well)

But I did love it, the makers of the game did such a great job with just…. Everything. There’s a bunch of achievements for various things and I might go back for them at some point, though some sound really hard. (Kill everyone, only have certain people survive, infect everyone)

Next week I’ll either go back on Sonic Frontiers (if I can get past that frustrating puzzle) or start The Chant. But we’ll see.

Now to watch Tubathon some before heading up to zzz soonish.
